AMINA Premium Club Points

Points can be earned for use of services from AMINA Premium Lounge.  To earn Points, a Member must be a registered Member paying for a service at AMINA Premium Lounge and meet all of the conditions described in terms and conditions.

Members will earn 1 Point for every eligible 20 Maldivian Rufiyaa charged excluding tax and service charge to an individual Member’s bill for services procured. 

Number of points earned for each transaction will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. For more information refer to terms and conditions.

At the time of making payment for your services, members may request to redeem points as payment.

Members must have sufficient points accumulated in your member account.

For each Point accumulated in a Member’s Account may be redeemed for 1 Maldivian Rufiyaa when paying for services at AMINA Premium Lounge.

Members may apply any combination of Points and money in a single Rewards Purchase. Once a Reward Purchase transaction is tendered it cannot be revoked.

Once the member’s bill is paid, staff will enter your receipt details into the system to request to add points into your member account. Points will be added after verification and it may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update your account. An email will be sent to you automatically when points are added. You may keep your receipt to contact Member Support in case of any issues.

Points for my recent bill at Amina Premium Lounge does not appears in my Account.

To check member’s points balance, you must login to AMINA Premium Lounge website at https://www.amina.com.mv/apl using the member credentials.

Then from the member menu at the top right hand corner, select Account to view your point balance and other information related to you. 

When points are added or redeemed you will automatically receive an email from AMINA Premium Lounge with details of the transaction.

You may also receive an email to remind you when points are expiring.

Your points expiry dates are show for each point in your statement available in the members area of the AMINA Premium Lounge website.

To access the members area, you must login to AMINA Premium Lounge website at https://www.amina.com.mv/apl using the member credentials.

Then from the member menu at the top right hand corner, select Account then My Points Details from left menu on the page to view your statement.

To obtain an Access Card to access AMINA Premium Lounge you will be required to give your mobile number or other details to AMINA Residency reception to verify your membership.

Once your membership is verified by staff, an Access Card will be issued in your name, which you can use to open the security door, operate lift and access Amina Premium Lounge on the 11th Floor. Unless otherwise requested to staff at the Lounge, your orders and bill will be issued to the member who has obtained the Access Card. Hence points will also be added to that member’s account.

Access to Premium Lounge

AMINA Premium Lounge is located on the 11th Floor of AMINA Residency at H. Feyrugasdhoshuge, Ameeru Ahmed Magu.

To access the Lounge, you will need to obtain an Access Card from AMINA Residency reception. You will be asked to provide your mobile number or other details to verify your membership.

Once your membership is verified by staff, an Access Card will be issued in your name, which you can use to open the security door, operate lift and access Amina Premium Lounge on the 11th Floor.

The Access Card will be collected by Lounge staff at the time of paying your bill and for each visit to the Lounge you will have to obtain a new Access Card.

An Access Card, which can be obtained by members only, after verification of membership, from AMINA Residency reception is a key card required to open the security door, operate lift to the 10th Floor and to gain access to the AMINA Premium Lounge on the 11th Floor.

The Access Card will be collected by Lounge staff at the time of paying your bill and for each visit to the Lounge you will have to obtain a new Access Card.

Yes, you can bring a maximum of 3 guests with you when you visit AMINA Premium Lounge.

Since the Lounge is strictly for members, you are required to be in the Lounge when you bring guests with you.

Member Login and Other Information

When you submit a request to become a member of AMINA Premium Club, you will be required to enter a 4 digit PIN code. This PIN code will be required to redeem your points at the Lounge when you pay for services using your points. You will be asked to enter this PIN code into the system.

For some members who had submitted request earlier may not have this PIN code setup in their account but must setup this PIN code by accessing member area before points can be redeemed.

You can change your PIN code from members area of AMINA Premium Lounge website. To access the members area, you must login to AMINA Premium Lounge website at https://www.amina.com.mv/apl using the member credentials.

Then from the member menu at the top right hand corner, select Account and then Additional Info from left tab on the page to change your PIN code.

No. Your PIN can only be set, viewed or changed only by the member after logging into members area on the AMINA Premium Lounge’s website.

You can change your password from members area of AMINA Premium Lounge website. To access the members area, you must login to AMINA Premium Lounge website at https://www.amina.com.mv/apl using the member credentials.

Then from the member menu at the top right hand corner, select Account and then Change Password from left tab on the page to change your password.

If you have forgotten your password, click Member Login button at the top right hand corner on AMINA Premium Lounge website.

Once you are on logon page, just below the Login button, click the “Forgot your password?” link and follow instructions. Email to reset password will be send to the email address you have used when submitting request to become a member.

Yes. You can update your information from members area of AMINA Premium Lounge website. To access the members area, you must login to AMINA Premium Lounge website at https://www.amina.com.mv/apl using the member credentials.

Then from the member menu at the top right hand corner, select Account. Then use the left tabs on the page to locate the information you want to update. Please note you will not be able to change your username.

No. Your username cannot be changed.

There is no specific membership number. However your mobile number and email are unique to you in the system. These information or a combination of these and other information you have provided at the time of registration will be used to identify you on the system.

Yes. Scan the QR code placed on your table at AMINA Premium Lounge to access contactless ordering page on your mobile. Once order is placed, staff will verify the order before confirming.

No. At present we do not deliver. But in future we may begin delivery service.

Yes, AMINA Premium Lounge accepts payment in MVR or USD cash, debit/credit cards and points.

AMINA Premium Lounge is part of AMINA Residency which is registered as a tourist establishment. As such we are required to charge GST at 12% and Service Charge at 10%.

Yes, you can book the Lounge for private functions. Please get in touch with us via website contact us section or staff at the Lounge. You will need to be a member of AMINA Premium club to host the function.

To book the Pool Table click the book button on the Pool Table box on the main page or right side of any other page of AMINA Premium Lounge’s website.

You will have to be a member and logged in to the website to book the Pool table. Pool Table can be booked in slots of 30 minutes each. Charges for use of Pool Table is also shown on the booking page.

To book the Jacuzzi click the book button on the Jacuzzi box on the main page or right side of any other page of AMINA Premium Lounge’s website.

You will have to be a member and logged in to the website to book the Pool table.

Jacuzzi can be booked in slots of 60 minutes each. Maximum of 4 members or their guests can be accommodated in the Jacuzzi at a time. Towels are provided. Charges for use of Jacuzzi is also shown on the booking page.
